At Delaware, Nasir played both cornerback and safety for the Blue Hens. He was a four-year starter and a two-time team captain. He finished his college career with 264 tackles, 11 interceptions, 24 passes defended, four forced fumbles, and two touchdowns. He earned First-Team All-Colonial Athletic Association honors as a junior and senior and was invited to play in the Senior Bowl.
