NSE Stock Market Holidays 2023: The National Stock Exchange (NSE) is the biggest stock exchange in India and one of the top 10 stock exchanges in the world. Its total worth is over $3.4 trillion. Trading at the NSE is available all year round except on weekends. It operates for 6 hours and 15 minutes each weekday from 9:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There is no trading on Saturdays and Sundays.

On March 7th, 2023, the stock market will not be open for trading because of the Holi festival celebrations happening across the country. This means that people cannot buy or sell stocks on this day. The official website of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has a list of all the days when the stock market will be closed in 2023. The next holiday after Holi will be on March 30th, 2023 for the celebration of Ram Navami.
