The 2023 Elimination Chamber was a wrestling event with matches inside a special chamber. It happened in Canada for the first time and had five matches for championships or future opportunities. People watched it on pay-per-view or streaming. Wrestlers acted in made-up stories and fought. The winners were already decided by WWE’s writers.

Roman Reigns won a wrestling match and his friends hurt his opponent. Sami Zayn tried to stop them, but Roman told him to hit the opponent with a chair. Sami did it, but felt bad and apologized. Roman’s friends attacked Sami, and one friend who liked Sami got sad and left. Later, Sami attacked Roman and wanted to be champion. They fought, and Roman said he would hurt Sami in front of his family.

In January, WWE announced two big matches to decide challengers for WrestleMania. Austin Theory will defend the United States Championship in a tough match inside the Chamber with other wrestlers. Bianca Belair’s Raw Women’s Championship challenger will also be decided in an Elimination Chamber match with lots of wrestlers. Becky Lynch and Bayley wanted to join, but Belair said they must defeat her first in a triple threat match, which she won.

There were three matches in the event. Asuka won the first match and will fight Bianca Belair in the next event. The second match ended in a disqualification because Brock Lesnar attacked Bobby Lashley. Edge and Beth Phoenix won the third match. Austin Theory won the last match and kept his championship title. Roman Reigns won the main event with the help of his teammates. Kevin Owens attacked Reigns after the match and Zayn also attacked him and received a standing ovation.
